The story

I built Meshory because my own library broke me.

One overstuffed NAS drive, years of Patreon zips, and a Downloads folder with 40 files all named some variation of dragon_final.stl. Sound familiar?

Meshory started as a project I built for myself. My collection lives on a single NAS drive: years of Thingiverse downloads, Patreon rewards, and Kickstarter bundles, a lot of it still sitting in zips inside zips. Somewhere past 30,000 files I realized I'd stopped browsing my own library, because there was no way to. Every STL is the same gray icon, and the only way to find out what a file actually is, is to open it in a slicer and wait.

So I rendered thumbnails. Then I added a real 3D viewer so I could inspect a model without launching anything else. Then duplicate detection, because it turned out I'd downloaded the same benchy remix eleven times under different names. Before long the project had become the tool I opened before every print.

The hard part was never the features. It was scale. Plenty of tools work fine on a hundred models and fall apart on thousands. I kept reworking Meshory until it could quietly chew through all 39,378 of mine in the background, without ever making the computer feel busy.

Meshory is that tool, cleaned up and handed to you. It's just me building it. It runs entirely on your machine, it never uploads your files, and it's shaped every week by the early-access users running it on libraries as unruly as mine.

What I believe

01

Local-first, always

Your models are yours. Nothing is uploaded, no account stands between you and your files, and the app works fully offline.

02

Own what you buy

Software you pay for should keep working. A one-time purchase, not a subscription that holds your library hostage.

03

Built at real scale

Every release is tested against my own 39,378-model library, not a tidy demo folder. If it survives mine, it can handle yours.

The person behind it

A one-person team that prints more than it sleeps.

founder, everything

Started the project that got out of hand, and now designs, codes, and ships every part of Meshory. Answers the Discord too. If you file a bug, it lands directly on the person who can fix it.

Come build it with me.

Early access is small on purpose. If you have a library that hurts, I want you in it.
