Every model you own, finally visible.
Meshory scans the folders where your STL and 3MF files already live and turns them into a searchable, visual library. Rendered thumbnails, real 3D preview, zero cloud.
local-first · battle-tested on a 3TB+ library

THE PROBLEM
You have that model. Somewhere.
Downloads folder, an external drive, three cloud dumps. Every file looks like the same gray icon, and the only way to tell them apart is opening each one in a slicer. We built Meshory because our own 3TB library had become unsearchable.
WHAT MESHORY DOES
A library, not a file dump.
An STL organizer and 3D print file manager built around the folders you already have — no imports, no uploads, no cloud.
Auto-rendered thumbnails
Every STL and 3MF gets a real render, generated in a worker pool so even massive libraries stay smooth while they build.
Built-in 3D viewer
Spin, zoom, and inspect any model instantly — including multi-part Bambu 3MF projects — without launching a slicer.
Collections, tags & search
Organize thousands of models your way. Filter by tag, folder, format, or size and actually find things again.
Duplicate finder
Content hashing catches the same dragon you downloaded three times under three different names. It really pays off when your collection is measured in terabytes.
Local-first & private
Your files never leave your machine. No forced cloud, no account wall between you and your own models.
AI-assisted organization
Bring your own OpenRouter key for auto-tagging and smart search. Optional, off by default, and on the roadmap.
THE VIEWER
Inspect before you slice.
Open any model in a real 3D viewer — rotate, pan, zoom. Multi-plate Bambu 3MF projects load with every part in place, so you know exactly what you're printing before the slicer ever opens.
drag to rotate · right-drag to pan · scroll to zoom

ROADMAP
Where Meshory is headed.
Visual library, 3D viewer, collections & tags, duplicate detection — everything you just read about is in the app today.
Slicer hand-off
Open any model straight into PrusaSlicer, OrcaSlicer, or Bambu Studio.
AI auto-tagging & semantic search
Find "articulated dragon" even when the file is named dragon_v2_final.stl.
Print lists
Queue up what to print next, check models off as they come off the bed.
Filament inventory
Track spools, colors, and brands — see which models you can print with what's on hand.
Print history
What you printed, with which settings and filament — so successful prints are repeatable.
Prints inventory
Track quantities of finished prints by location — shelf, storage bin, market box — and export the list, so when you pack for a festival you know exactly what stock you have and where it lives.

HOW IT WORKS
Three steps. No setup ritual.
Point it at your folders
Downloads, external drives, that NAS dump — add them all. Meshory watches in place; nothing gets moved or uploaded.
Meshory scans & renders
Every STL and 3MF is indexed, hashed for duplicates, and rendered into a thumbnail — built to chew through terabytes without breaking a sweat.
Browse, search, organize
A visual library of everything you own. Tag it, collect it, preview it in 3D — then send it to your slicer.
FAQ
Questions, answered.
What is Meshory?
Meshory is a local-first STL organizer and 3D model manager for desktop. It scans the folders where your STL and 3MF files already live and turns them into a visual, searchable library — rendered thumbnails, collections, tags, duplicate detection, and a real 3D preview — without moving, importing, or uploading anything.
Does Meshory upload my files anywhere?
No. Scanning, rendering, and indexing all happen on your machine. There is no cloud sync, no account requirement, and your models never leave your drives — the only thing we ever ask for is an email address if you join the waitlist.
What file formats does Meshory support?
STL and 3MF, including multi-plate Bambu Studio 3MF projects. Every file gets a rendered thumbnail, and any model can be opened in the built-in 3D viewer without launching a slicer.
How does the duplicate finder work?
By content hashing, not filenames. The same model saved as dragon_final.stl and dragon_final_v2_FIXED.stl is recognized as one file and grouped — even when the copies live in different folders or on different drives.
Which platforms does it run on, and when can I get it?
Meshory is a desktop app for macOS, Windows, and Linux. Early access opens July 28 — the first 100 lifetime licenses go for a one-time $29, then $39 for the rest of early access. Join the waitlist and you'll get the launch email the moment the doors open.
