Make nameplates and vases in Tools
Updated Oct 25, 2026 · 2 min read
The Nameplate builder makes two-color nameplates and keyrings, and the Vase generator designs vases, planters and pots. Both save straight for your slicer.
Tools, in the sidebar, holds two generators beside the 3MF converter. Both are in beta, build what you design on your own computer, and save a 3MF ready for your slicer.

Type up to three lines and pick a font. Ten come with Meshory, and the fonts installed on your computer are listed under Your fonts, narrowed to the ones that can draw what you typed; Open Sans, Fira Sans, Alegreya Sans and Play also cover Greek and Cyrillic. Choose a plate shape, Outline, Rounded rectangle or Capsule, and Raised or Flush letters. Flush letters sit level with the plate as an inlay, so they need a printer that prints two colors. Put the keyring hole on the Left, Right, Top or Bottom, or leave it off, and set the width, plate thickness and border.
The plate prints in one filament and the letters in another. Save 3MF… saves the file, and Save and open in… saves it for the slicer you pick and opens it there. For a slicer the 3MF converter knows, Meshory converts the file on the way, with the colors matched to that slicer's filaments.

Start from a preset and shape the pot with the sliders, or draw the outline yourself. From a photo traces a pot in a picture, and From a 3D model or From your library reads the outline of an STL, OBJ or 3MF as if it were turned on a lathe. Then add raised or engraved patterns to the surface.
Add a saucer, separate or flush with the pot, or an inner pot that lifts out: plain, self-watering, or a pocket shelf. Hydroponic tower turns the pot into a reservoir and stacks tiers with planting pockets on top of it.
The preview shows the pot in your filament colors with its size, roughly how much filament and print time it takes, and what the material costs; your slicer gives the exact numbers. See it in a photo stands the pot in a photo of your room at real size. Save it as a 3MF with one filament per part or as STL files, or save a design card, a picture with a QR code that brings the design back into the generator.
Both tools arrived in Meshory 1.12.0 and are in beta. Check the preview in your slicer before you print.
